Sir i want to ask you one thing, i have decided to import shoes and pvc slippers from china and the HS code of these item is 6404. Today i had talked one of the CHA and he told me that i cannot import those products from china because the government put BIS in those products and it is very difficult to get documents from DGFT regarding those products. Sir, please tell me what will be the solution for this???

There are agents who will get things imported for you. they charge 35% on entire bill. this 35% includes custom duty, freight, trucking, clearance, everything till Bombay. I have done same 4 times with a trusted guy. From bombay till your door you pay extra courier charges

I do encourage buying from Indian manufacturers but the main problem is most manufacturers do not provide full 360 solutions like my own label/branding in the products or packaging. When we mention this all of them will say we don't do that. The entire system and facilities of drop shipping fails there. We need to improve this. But on the hand look at Chinese manufacturers they will give you all the options they'll just add the extra costs to it. India is far behind in this. Step up manufacturers in India 🙏
