The video in the time line plays slow and jittery. How do I fix this?

I'm testing editing programs and I see that some have a problem with 10 bit video (the preview is slow when editing) among them is your videoproc vlogger, which is not bad to use, but you have to fix it, I also downloaded the test version Sony Vegas and it had same problem which they later informed me that they had solved

Please make sure your computer is powerful enough to handle high-quality and large videos. You can try changing the Playback Priority and enable hardware acceleration for video decoding in Settings.

@@videoprocvloggerofficial5220 it's not a problem with the computer, it's quite strong because everything works with the competition, the problem is with 10 bit video but 4:2:2

Hi. Even I have made the resolution into 1920*1080 the final quality of the video is not good. It is viewed in less quality even in the preview section. Can u plz help me in that case.

Thx for the feedback! Well, like most editing software, the program has auto-reduced the preview quality for greater playback performance during previewing, but it does not affect your video quality as you export. Try exporting your video to see the results! The software is free to use, and we offer free technical support. When I drag my 33 clips from my hard drive to the media library they are in reverse order, how do I correct this? Thxs

Sorry, we missed your comment here. After importing the clips to the media library, you can arrange them by Name, Duration, Date Created, Ascending, and Descending. Please refer to 02:39 of the video tutorial.

Hello, I have the following problem: I suddenly cannot drag anymore videos and music on the timeline and I dont know why. I am almost at the end of editing and I am stuck. Does anyone know why does this happen and how to fix it?

@@lensthroughlife9420 did you use a uninstalling program? I used Ashampoo unistaller, restarted my system, then reinstalled, it worked like a charm for me.

Do you mean the quality of Preview or output? May we have more information of the spec of your computer?

@@videoprocvloggerofficial5220 I’m running a Mac mini M1 with a 5k retina screen. When I drag my clip in to edit, it’s very blurry and also the playback is jumpy. It’s all been exported out of 360 studio properly in 4k with the highest hit rate. When played from the desktop in QuickTime Player it’s perfect, when it’s in video proc, the quality is gone. I’m watching all these KZread videos and seeing this is not happening to anyone else. When setting up a new project in videoproc the correct information has been out in also, along with the correct frame rate. I’ve also exported videos in to Final Cut Pro and that works perfect too, so I’m not sure what I’m missing with video proc as to why the quality is so bad
