From my observations deer don’t move much in daylight when there’s a full moon 🌕

Nocturnal bucks is a thing when here in central North Carolina there’s a deer stand / camera and corn 🌽 pile every hundred yards and when gun season starts the mature bucks move to secluded and hide underground basically and they don’t respond to calls / rattling/ scents because it’s a symphony in the woods opening day gun season and they’ve herd that musical and the mature bucks stay pinned down during daylight and do their feeding and breeding at night and they can Rome and visit everybody corn 🌽 bait stations and ag fields etc. & the mature bucks don’t move at all in daylight outside of juvenile bucks ! Rare rut cases u can draw one out to mock scrape with scent and they are wise to that cause scent wick’s hanging in tree’s like Christmas 🎄 ornaments & they are wise to the hunters and the tricks and they are safe at night and the go back to their beds before dawn and they don’t leave unless intrusion until dark … str8facts!

They’re still Somewhere during daylight hours, and they aren’t bedded for the entire daylight hours. If you’re able to discover where they bed, and slip in on the right weather days(cold fronts, low pressure) where they stand up 20min it’s early. It’s Definetly still doable

I know where they’re at and they don’t get up out their beds until dark 30 ! The deer ain’t walking through any pressured property surrounded by guarded towers on corn piles and they ain’t sneaking nowhere and they know during the same time every year to stay hidden and bedded in daylight and just safer to breed and feed at night and it’s same amount of time to do their thing at night as in daylight just like people who sleep all day and stay up all night these mature bucks take on that same mentality !
