For most youth coaches, hitting a fungo is a challenge so in this video we show you how you can accomplish it regardless of your ability or experience.
Using a small baseball bat, a tennis racquet or even a fungo, you can accomplish the same thing. Just like we tell our players to practice at home... hitting a fungo is something that all coaches need to work at so we can keep the players moving and it allows us to be productive at practice.
