How to Hire the right farm manager, meet Themba a passionate man

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

Management of workers at the farm
1. Talk to them and treat them well
2. Pay them on-time
3. Have a phone for them with whatsApp and internet
4. Be a nice boss not a saying that goes like a boss is always off mood. Be friends with your worker.
5. Hire right or you will dance to the frustration song

Thank you very much for the insight and share it with the world. I have a passion for Farming and thats what I would like to do in the future. We need to produce more to be able to feed the entire African continent. Congratulations for having started this project and by the grace of God you will prosper. God bless you. I have no knowledge or whatsoever about Farming, however, I am determined thats what I want to invest in the future. Whats your advice? How to start? Are you located in SA? I am from Angola. Born and raised. Thank you. Do you do colab or partnership?

I'm Daniel Edyegu a Goat from Soroti district, located in Eastern Uganda! This is actually an area that I have had a lot of challenges. But one key thing I consider is a person who loves animals, for instance, he has served on another Goat farm before coming to mine! Then I treat them as family not WORKER! Every time I go to the farm, I can give a day off and I graze the herd myself, I give him a token, say some small money (besides monthly payment)...The current ones (02) have stayed for a year!
