Worked for me on the 2nd try. C type cord plugged into the computer is the secret. It just takes a long minute to boot up.

***ATTENTION*** I have a solution if you end up stuck in "SS RDX" mode 1. Once in SS RDX Mode plug USB Cable from Tablet to a Laptop or Computer 2. Press and hold both power and volume down until the screen exits SS RDX and you see black 3. As soon as you see black, while still holding the power button, press volume up and it should take you to the recovery menu I took me a few times but I was able to get it after roughly 20 attempts

Worked for me but only after plugging the tab into the laptop and releasing the power button before the volume up button.

What if you tried all these steps and still no luck? I got to the factory reset part and it shut down again.

I don't have a computer to plug cord into. Please advise.

Use a tour type-c to type-c cable plugged into your phone and tablet.

For me i got to the dark screen. But no factory reset option
