Alright, listen. So basically when i try to hard reset my media pad it ends up showing some different options. Those are Reboot, Shut Down, and Download latest version and recovery I clicked the last option the download one, and it tells me to connect to a wifi which i obviously do. Then it says that the package has failed and it doesnt work. How do I fix this problem??
