No commets yet? At first sight this tutorial looks more important and helpfull than the other tutors. For me who tries to learn how to simulate rope without making it looks like a rubber almost a week, it seems worth to try. I'll be back.

@@RoyalsAndRogues It's a strange affair: the connector simulation tag didn't work on cube while it was a rigid body (12:00). I wasted a few hours to find out why it doesn't work. But when I turn the cube to a cloth, the connector finally started to work. Could you please guide me what I can do else? I work in C4d 2023.

@@avgustkid Ah, there is your problem. 2023 doesn't have the unified system, so you either need to update to 2024 or can can leave it as a cloth object but turn off all the deformation settings and up the rigidity. It's actually why I waited to make this, I originally did it with the cloth system but it was so jank that I waited until the unified system came out, which is still missing support for connectors.

What is distracting you? Do you just find c4d's ui too much? I can zoom in and out but find that annoying myself.
