Ok thanks ;-) I am glad you still do it, I remember I also loved it, but then I quit after I started to work I was practicing still less and less. But that was like from 2003-2010 😁👍 and where r u from? Korea?

Is it easier to start with handstand than learning the normal air flare. (I’m learning air flare for the first time

when you got a few airflare, then practicing from handstand is very powerful way to practice airflare. but it isn't good for first airflare!
