I can remember the first time I seen the ex narc in the car with his new boo and he was smiling and laughing right hard and she was looking at him like "what". I can only smile and keep on going. Heck she spoke for them herself, with that look. So I knew it was fake.

The Narc ALWAYS uses triangulation as a source to keep you puzzled & distracted. They’ll use their pet if necessary. 🐶

All we lost was a Problem. It took me a little while to realise this.

They love to use the phone to triangulate- if you can’t get up and walk away, get on your phone too and look up funny stuff and start laughing, they hate that. As soon as they get out their phone get out yours - they’ll see you’re onto them without saying anything.

yeah they always triangulate with their 📱! one did that on a date was texting in front of me probably texting other supplies right under my nose. I caught on got mine out too. the nerve of that pig then he mentioned polyamory and triangulated with other women at the bar claiming one looked like a friend he knew and he wanted go up and hug her trying to make me feel in competition with some Shrek looking woman lmao. that dusty lied claimed he's broke so couldn't take me out, all game. blocks immediately woo I won! 🙌👏

Every narc I've been around since a child to adult, all had both drug and alcohol abuse issues.

The best way to deal with triangulation is DON'T. I had a narc try me and found out the hard way. I waited and played dumb the whole time. I ghosted and blocked them on their birthday without a word. Bet that clown won't forget me...😂😂😂

It’s funny because I was the one in the car once, and the one inside the house twice. Most recently, my ex came to “talk to me” and get some of their things with their “coworker” in the car. These narcs are so bold with the disrespect, especially during and after the discard. I never spin the block anyway, but there is absolutely no way I’d bring my new person anywhere near my ex and/or their home. There’s just certain things you don’t do.

I had that happen to me the narc was kicking with an older lady and brought her in my apartment complex one night he tried to say she was helping him get on his feet and that she was a lady of the Lord lol hey that might of been true but why bring another woman where I live and he was on drugs too and it was late at night I just shook my head smh thank you Lord I'm over that situation it's been 3 yrs now😉

When I first met the narcissist he brought me around to his family and so called friends and even his ex girlfriends house who he has a baby with. Narc tried to get me to join social media platforms that he was on after dumping me but I said I couldn't due to needing privacy. I knew he wanted to triangulate me with his other women/sources. He was gutted! Kept dropping hints about his sources hoping I bite and start obsessing and stalking his harem. I just let him keep it moving and blocked him without a fuss. I moved on in silence knowing his game. I was broken hearted but didn't show it. No tears, no begging, no calling, no texting just quiet grieving. Those women didn't know he was trying to bring me back jnto the game.

My ex tried to triangulate me with the new supply by texting me all of her good qualities. Yep the Narc used me to triangulate his main supply several times! So glad to be out of it.

Quinn this is so true! This is exactly what happened with my son. His dad and grandparents had money so they persuaded my son to go to their house and live at 17. “It’s better over here”, they wooed him in with money, gifts, trips, expensive clothes, etc. things I couldn’t afford to do for him so I was seen as the lesser parent with nothing to offer. They sunk their claws in my son so deep that he has nothing to do with me. My son is now 24. It’s been really devastating and heartbreaking, all the years and time we lost. I miss my son dearly. I might not can give him the things of this world but what I can give him is far greater than anything this world can provide and that’s spiritual guidance and to hopefully lead him to Christ. Maybe one day I’ll have that opportunity, until then I turn him over to God. I pray God reveal the truth to him.

I have a similar situation my son's dad side of the family has took my son and brain washed him he's 22 now but he's super distant they might have spoiled him and gave him things faster than I could have but my heart and love for my son is priceless God knows..😌 I can only pray and try not to worry about

This happened in the very beginning with me when I first met her. She was living with a guy 10 years older than her, she said they are just friends and he was more like an older brother to her, and he was doing everything for her. This was when I was supposed to be her boyfriend. She knew it bothered me. My reaction seemed to excite her, I was bothered by it. Looking back at it all now, I can see I was the secondary source, then I became the primary. 5 years later I finally ended all the abuse, I think she liked to think she Discarded me. 3 years being Single now, I can see crystal clear what she was doing now. It wouldn't surprise me who she is dealing with now. But we are all fooled to serve the Narcissist. I believe she is a Narcissistic Sociopath. 💯

Quinn you are always spot on. My ex tried to triangulate me with his girlfriend and I shook her hand when I saw them together for the first time and messed him all up. Hell I already know what the end is going to be like for her. Just flip the script, if you can help it just don't engage, and stay no contact. I ain't mad or jealous at all lol. Living my best life! Unfortunately, It's not that easy for some people. It took me some time but I healed and moved on. There are people who keep going back for many many years. I guess the key is educating yourself, so that you truly understand what you're dealing with that's what I did and now I am free. Once I educated myself about Narcs when I'm dating the red flags don't go unnoticed and I can identify a potential toxic situation immediately. Just a waste of your time and resources smh!

They will triangulate you with anything, ive had the exwife, a girl he called a friend, and his kids and family dog, these people are so insecure they gotta have a backup to feed their ego

These are the saddest people to ever meet, be with or even know. The time they're wasting plotting and scheming to get a rise out you, that time and effort can be used on them finding ways to love themselves and find a way to have empathy for others. That's what these people dont have, love for self (looking for it in different individuals) and empathy (they have none but in place of it, is where the triangulation, gaslighting and word salad comes in to compensate for that lack......until the other person wakes up and the gray rock and /or blocking begins for the narc)

I laughed when I saw his new supply. I didn't act a fool. I acted like it's not my problem anymore. 3 months after her. He was with someone else. It tripped me out. I told him I wanted out and he wouldn't leave and yet he had many other supply. He still put up a fuss after I kicked him out. The next supply was a quick replacement and she appeared as so. She wasn't me. Lol. I thought was a downgrade, but the water seeked it's own level. He drank 3 sixpacks every night. He probably was doing other drugs. Yes, his daughter was the same. He had her calling me stepmom. I immediately put a stop to it. She couldn't wait to get to my house. I became a surrogate from day 1. I never tried to draw a wedge between his daughter and her mother. In the end, I cut all my ties and I moved forward.

Ironically (for my ex) - the 'in your face' triangulation was 100% the closure I needed.. This was before I knew anything about Cluster B / NPD, etc.. She tried so hard to rub other guys in my face, but it helped me to see who she really was and abandon hope quick smart.. (After some grieving, naturally).. Sadly, these same principles apply to family systems. Golden child's accomplishments were strategically flaunted in my face to instigate jealousy. At the time, the education I honed was lean, if at all existent. In hindsight, it now rings clear as day: true to what Quinn shared, admit to no reaction and it eventually evaporates.

This principle is an awesome weapon.......you're no longer a supply or option of theirs and they get the feeling you've figured them out. POOF! Narcissist are never single ! So I’m not sure why anyone thinks the relationship was exclusive once they know the person they where with! I realised after i discovered NPD these people are dating 2-3 people at once ! If your honest they even tell you or show you this person as a friend. They love it rubbing it in your face and everything.while laughing at you. Thing with narcs they are like emotional bullies! They get off on knowing your hurt !! And that’s all this is .

He's speaking facts. My narc ex had me feeling like a step dad. I taught her daughter how to ride a bike. I took her daughter to school and picked her up from school. Then she pulled her daughter away from me once I started living her like she was my own. My narc told me that she gave me what she knew I wanted. She knew I wanted a daughter of my own. It's sad how they can do that to their own children.

yep always on their phones around you to make you feel off balance and insecure. I immediately block anyone who texts excessively when they're out with me or even at all in front of me especially on a date huge red flag they're texting some other supplies right under your nose and pulling a fast one.

Mine had somebody pregnant after maybe 3-4 months of dating. Moved in one month before their baby is due. He knew I didn't want him to rush things in front of our child, I specifically asked him not to. He hid the pregnancy the whole time he spoke of her. So he made it seem like he was doing things in order the right way, taking it slow it sounded like when he said he was introducing her and moving in. I thought hey maybe he turned a new leaf and was cool with it all. He neglected to tell me when he was introducing her to our child that she was already pregnant. He neglected to tell me when they were moving in that she was already VERY pregnant. He tells me when the baby is about to come out and I didn't even react cause I felt sorry for him that he thinks its okay to even live like that. You shouldn't be going into your first anniversary with a newborn. That's what happens when you move WAY too fast and having sex all reckless with a new partner. Shows he hasn't changed after all and I dodged a bullet cause he doesn't think things through. Oh well. Not jealous of that. GLAD its not me. I know better than to put my existing child at risk of living in chaos of a relationship that I didn't properly sus out before making a new person a permanent figure in their life. I wouldn't do that to our child but he did. Not about to get mad. I feel sorry for everyone involved. Just going to stay calm, focus on myself, and be a safe landing place for our child when the situation eventually blows up. My ex narc did the same thing. I told him that it was disrespectful to like and follow all these half naked women on IG. He said liking pics is the "new Playboy" and all men do it. I kept telling him it bothered me and he couldn't give a F. He told me I was controlling him and he would not let me control him. To stop being insecure .....I said it's about respect of me and he would just be rude about it. He didn't care how I felt. He actually knew I was looking at his activity and kept it up when I had blocked him and stopped talking to him. It was his tactic to get me to cave in and contact him. It worked in the past, but I've blocked him and dont look at any of his social. I'm upset that I too wasted too many years on a worthless dusty.

It's a hard pill to swallow you never meant nothing to them to them since beginning and not a damn thing wrong with you.
