I just reviewed all the documents that the feds have on him. He'll be in prison in 2023 or early 2024

In October 2025, Cardone’s yearly interest-only payments jump from $54 million ($4,500,000 per month) to $119 million ($9,916,666 monthly). This happens because principal and interest are now due. In 2026, Cardone’s annual principal and interest payment screams up to $316.2 million. This is $26,333,333 per month. How does Cardone bring in enough cash to make the jump from $4.5 million a month in payments to $26.3 million a month? Who cares the investors will be on the hook for it while he makes out with 100s of millions.

Interest rates will go back down. America is broke and China and Russia are now trading in Russia's currency. They are evading the dollar along with India.. These are 3 major factors who have went against the dollar.

This seems like the classic defense of frauds, trying to discount someone's credibility and never addressing the specifics of their so called false claims. I remember the first videos such as counting pennies will make sure you are counting dollars, but things changed over time. I'm guessing that time will now catch up with GC...

Grant has been saying this about haters for years… he has other videos like this , from months and years before this video . And on his podcasts from years back . But kudos for your content creation strategy and getting people to comment haha . Also your comments on his subscribers being bought are pretty stupid . Go back a little more and there’s videos with millions of views . And many with 100s of thousands . I don’t think you sell out a stadium every year for a conference if you don’t have real fans that value your content.

I want to better myself and take care of my family and be proud of who I am and what I'm doing, so I avoid these cute videos about drama and criticizing people. I used to find that stuff entertaining but now I just watch things that give me good positive energy and focus

Hi. What happened to your once a week podcasts/livestreams on KZread?

My only advise is sleep in a nice sweat suit and have your favorite pair of all white slip on sneakers right by the bed because when they knock on the door at 4am you have two minutes to answer the door or they break it down. That's the only thing I would do differently have a decent looking outfit ready for the media.

Expert Mrs Donna is good for motivating people to change their bad habits of spending to better habits of savings. She does push advisors but considering her main target audience are people that have made bad financial decisions using an advisor although cost money might help them avoid bad decisions when it comes to investing too. The most important part is trading early for a long time and not panicking, Being too conservative can hurt your returns as well

I'm sure Grant is a great person and him and I would most likely get along and make conversation but it's weird I have a friend of mine for 35 years and we spent a few days together we were getting alone fine then he lied to me about something completely meaningless he told me the time his race car did in the quarter mile although 1000 people would believe him I knew it was a lie so then I stared questioning other things he was talking about that I couldn't distinguish was true or false yes my friend is a great guy but I wouldn't trust him with money that I couldn't afford to lose.

So if he was buying a property, selling it to his “fund” for an 11% markup, taking his 1% finders fee as well, whilst only disclosing the 1% fee you’d be ok with that? People can only do due diligence on what information they’re provided. Fortunately others are now providing the information that he was hiding. If you think you’re not going to lose, I’d question your due diligence…

I have no idea if you did the things people say you did. But saying friends should just blindly trust you is weird. It's the 'Trust me bro' meme but taken seriously. Even killers and rapists had friends, so none of those friends should have ever rethought who they were friends with?
