Hello. I went to the website you indicated, but it was modified. They now offer ARK-4, an updated alternative that is supposedly superior to PRO or LME/ME CFW.

I bought mine in Japan but you can buy them online. To download games I’d recommend looking it up

You have to enable usb connections in the psp settings
