Pistachio tree need Grafting after Grafting we grow one grafted tree and one is with out Grafting that is called male plant

whenever i did this process,till sprouting i was successful,but as soon i put the seed in soil, the seed get decay after couple of days.. how often we should water the plant after we put the seed ? and how we can prevent seed from decay or fungus ??

Use peat moss or cocopeat and don't give them too much water and place them in shady area it's too easy to grow
