Yeah this is nice. He suits the fade on the side. Just went with something cleaner for the wedding. I imagine he'll go with something with a higher fade in the future

I’ve got the same exact hairstyle,maybe one or two inches shorter on the top and I’ve got the same exact issue with the asymmetric cut,one side of my hairline is slightly higher up than the other and it looks horrible on my haircut, furthermore it’s too high as well on both sides. Where in London can I find your barber shop?

I often wonder about these cuts I see where the shave goes beyond the natural recession and into the front hairline. How do you recover from that if you want to grow your hair out again?

You might not be the most talented barber, but you definitely know a whole lot about hair and the way it's supposed to look (not saying you don't cut well. The haircut was great!) If I wanted tips for my hair, I would honestly ask you, since you know so much that I don't.

Honestly I just shaved my whole head and regrew it so it could be cut. Now I feel dumb lol

I will always rate this haircut. Too bad it’s kind of gone out of fashion. I still got my slick back from 2016 but taper the sides now. It still looks good disconnected or connected tbh. You did a good job with his fade, looks much better than all one length I’ve seen before.

Yes it's something we don't always think about when we go for harsh haircuts. Be patient and try grow it out! Just accept that you may not get what you really want for a while now!

Yeah no worries it's definitely not for everyone. Go for what you can afford and try to find someone you have a great relationship with at that price. That's the ideal. We're thinking of running a competition at some point to win a cut with Dan paid for by us so maybe that can be your chance! 😉
