I hope and pray that you treat your workers with love and do not force them to work in the heat of midday sun, which will lead to them getting cancer. Please let them work in early mornings, and evenings. Otherwise, God will repay you for your cruelty.

I don't think they are forced to work in a midday sun. I know a lot of farmers working under the sun. The sun is always bright and intense during morning in the Philippines because of its geographic location near the equator. Cancer could be a problem from exposure to UV rays and should be addressed by working on favorable conditions. Please do not use God's name in vain because that's an act of blasphemy. Farmers oftenly work in broad daylight to see their work, they also work during midnight to morning and avoid the sun in the afternoon because of the intense heat. Just kindly suggest that farmers need to avoid intense UV exposure from the sun and do not immediately blame people if there's somthing wrong especially if you lack the information on how farmers commonly work in different places in the Philippines and how intense the sun is perceived here in the morning.
