Thank for such a wonderful and thorough video Katie. I'm new to Pinterest and I was wondering, would it hurt to start off with 2 or 3 niches to find out which one is more successful for me and then stick with that? Or should I only start off with one niche and see how that turns out?

Ahh that's hard to say. When it comes to the algorithm it usually prefers more defined niches however if that will kill your motivation I rather have you start more broad :) does that make sense?

Do me a favor, i think it's not only about my favor. i think there are many others also need this. can you make videos for specially "Print on demand audience" on Pinterest . So we know step by step process that is how we grow or promote Print On Demand products on printerest and get more traffic. Like Keyword searching, pin creating, descriptions writing and many others important Seo based points. i know you all ready uploaded videos on these topics but we need totally Print on Demand based videos. if you do this i think we get great opportunity to grow our business on printerest. Are Alt-Text important to posting on Pinterest aswell? And if so, how would you create a alt-text to gain more traffic for a Pinterest Post?

Alt-texts are optional (: its for vision impaired ppl to know what the pin is about so you wouldn't want to just keyword stuff alt-texts

So I just started and I want to make videos the hard thing is about this is there's nothing in the community that I'm working with that really needs help some people do ask questions but a lot of people get to it first I mostly want to do gameplay like animal crossing and Roblox and stuff I like like drawing and dreamcore the drawing I can give helpful tips that have helped me through the way and also I'm making free designs for people too so that's some of the things I'll post But I'm kind of nervous about this I am getting a whole set up so it is all nice and the community that I work with especially like with the gameplay it's just do whatever would you be kind of difficult for me But I'm excited to start I'm probably going to be posting three maybe two times a week or whenever I get bored

Hmm that is weird I agree, you should be getting more views for claimed content. I would try and contact Pinterest directly in the help section or in the Pinterest creator community. Sorry I could't be more helpful.

Probably good to spend 500$ to start on paid shoutouts and ads i think instead of spending months doing it with your time. I mean if your time is worth 1$ a hour then how u gonna ever become well off.

Nice video- In the last month I have dropped from 600k to 540k monthly views I am posting exactly like my competitors. I lost 30k last night. Has there been a recent algo change? I post fresh videos and fresh idea pins and blogs pins constantly .. Yet I am getting crushed?. What is going on?

The same has happened to me! I went from 2 million views to 1.8 million views. My engagement and audience decreased to the negative. I’m posting the same as I when my account was growing rapidly

@@danielledurham7854 Its happening to a lot of people. In March of this year they had spam filter glitch .One guy had the same problem was told by support that he got caught up in a spam filter. Once they took him off the list he recovered. I was hopeful that Katie would reply. I am now in direct contact with support trying to find out the reason why im losing views each day. 3 days no answer. I am trying everything.. no help

Hey Marvin, I'm so sorry about this. It's hard for me to assess individual accounts as I only have so little information. Sometimes it's also natural fluctuation so e.g. Summertime is always low. Have your numbers recovered?
