Worst thing about Reels and trends is that it's really just content and no art. There's rarely actual creativity. Everyone's just copying each other, using the same hooks and audios, always trying to chase the algorithm to go viral. It really got exhausting.

Seriously, it's one of the best videos about instagram reels. Thank you. There's only one thing that isn't clear to me: 3:26 what do you mean with publishing in 1080 but filming in 4k? Is there a way to choose the quality on instagram? Or do you mean to EXPORT in 1080 after finishing to edit the reels?

Thanks great tips! I will say quality sure is prio number one, but at the same time when you start i will say make some video good or bad. There a big learning curve with editing, grading, filming and all the tech stuff. Also the weather if you fly drone stabilization, batterie, crash, frozen finger and the list goes on... 😃 Once you really good at all the above your style, vision will refine and sure will be able focus on quality vs quantity.

Good video... Please explain why you recommend shoot vertically rather than horizontal and punching in. I can shoot horizonal and then load to you tube and computer and TV and then tske the same footage and manually or use AI to change the shot to vertical and Load to socail media. Why shoot twice as you recommend? Is there a technicasl advantage to it?

When it comes to 4k, it really depends what codec your exporting on too, please keep in mind guys, I’ve tested 1080p and and 4k and there is a difference

You can change the setting to “allow high quality uploads” I haven’t seen any issues with posting at the highest quality / 4K. Maybe I’m missing something here though

Same, my 1080p videos don’t oook nearly as clean as 4k but I export h265 and not h264

I started posting instagram reels from 1st January. 5 reels a week. I got 6 million views and almost 10k followers just from the reels. I had 9k followers. Now I have 19k. So answer to your question. No. It doesn’t depands on your followers count
