No summer? Here in tokyo, i put the jasmin inside the house in autumn, winter and spring season and when summer time came in the 4th week of june i put it outside the garden and when autumn seasons near on the 2nd week of september i put it inside the house…if jasmin is available to your country you can try, but because its cold you dont need to give water often , only once in two weeks … its difficult to take care of it especially when winter season because sometimes you dont know when you need to give water …but for me in my observation i give water once in two weeks and even jasmin is inside the house the leaves will fall and dry but alive .
