Thank you for the instructions and demonstration. I would love to have a small mango tree in a pot like that so that I can harvest my own mangos. Unfortunately, I don't live in a tropical place, so, there is not enough sun nor is there any mango trees around I can graft from.

We have a 2 mango orchards here in the mango belt of northern india. Believe me here many trees just grow themselves under the trees and and wherever there are seeds are thrown. We call them 'desi' mangoes they are quite different from their parents maybe because of variation in their genetic material...but they taste like sweet and sour just like frooty.

So cool, bro! I never thought house grown mango plants could actually bear fruit. The plastic crate idea is great. I have been growing a mango plant from seed for around 2 years. I just love the smell of mango from the leaves. I trimmed a little for branching. But have been wondering how to make it branch out from lower. Is it okay if it is bare at the bottom? I also think it probably needs a bigger pot. But with the lockdown, I cannot get soil or pots.
