Does the container have to be that big? I was wondering if I could put maybe 3-4 plants in a long rectangular planter.

No it not require too big I use 20*25cm. Kale require more space to grow bigger leaves

When the seed first goes into the soil,, does it require and light until it sprouts? Or just give it light immediately after sprouting? Thx!

During sow the seed it not require much light. You can keep it in a shady area. but when the seed sprout it require a little light you can place under sunlight but need to over by green or black net.

Hi, your video is a great help for gardening kale. I have few questions. First is which sand did you use for gardening, it looks different than we use here . Second is how much water should we give for each day also should we put it in sunlight or in room temperature? Please note that i am from Ahmedabad so please advise me according to that. Thanks.

Thanks for watching my video. I use my own soil mixture, you check in my playlist name soil mixture for detail. You can water them one or twice a day but do not soak it. Kale need sunlight to grow faster.

I'm very new in gardening. If you cover the place will it still grow in winter?

Water 2 times per day, morning and evening. Make sure that it not soak to the plant
