This is lovely. I've had a major setback, took my hair down and shed alot of hair. I hope to recover and take really good care of my hair. But as you always say, it's a journey, it will grow back

I really should start being intentional about the oils I use for my hair, I think so far, I have now been consistent with piling my scalp when I have protective styles on! Thanks for sharing🥰💕
