Priya sister gut health ah 7 years varikum concentrate panala here after I can concentrate will they get any complication in future.. I didn't do this mistake for my 2nd one .. I startred from day one. Only breast feeding and all healthy food .. but my 1st is of mixed feed bottle and breast feed. .. they will be fine ??

To the maximum possible, avoid any kind of medicines and stick to only home remedies. Except for your prenatals , it's adviced not to take any medicines until absolutely necessary and adviced by your doctor.

Dont take any medicine without Dr. advice, i too took medicine when I was 1st month pregnant, Dr. scolded me very badly. Thank God nothing happened to my baby🙏🏼

Yes. The way Ragi koozh is made in TN is the right way to consume Ragi. Not simply ground and cooked in a small quantity of water for a few mins!
