Being a KZreadr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

For Pokemon channels the main thing is going to be packaging and ideas more than anything. It also doesn’t have to be something that hasn’t been done before. Interesting is more important than original.

hi roberto good stream , i honestly think some big changes coming 30% less click thru rate on google ads is a big one people not using google so much as a search engine , people using social media and also ai , particularly co pilot is useful for searching for info as it amalgamates stuf from around web, also virtual influencers

If Roberto sounds slightly grumpy it is because he is a) Giving away info which will make you rich, often for free. b) A significant minority of stupid people don't understand this and attack him for producing amazing content. If you do youtube for any length of time you will also become slightly grumpy for much of the same reasons.

Great question. It varied depending on what I’m uploading generally beyond streams but if I’m posting normally then 4-5 minutes. That’s on 10-12 minute videos If I’m posting things more often that are in the vain of policy updates that are 5-7 minutes then it’s 3-4 minutes.

I dont know if you know much about it but i am in the kpop niche i mainly do ranking videos, videos showing my favorite kpop songs per month or year, and collabs with other kpop youtubers. I have tried memberships, merch, and just having a place people can donate one time as well as kpop and also Amazon affiliate links. I've gotten nothing in any of it. Do you have anymore ideas? The niche doesn’t really have a “buying audience” in my opinion, as the only thing they will buy will be related to the KPOP artist they like

In my search you were on the top 5, but with the way google is doing their AI search results, it is a mess. They think that they're making it better, it is not. So, other pages were repeated and that put you down in like tye 7th position.
