I have WAY too much business. How do I train new service technicians?

The better job as a plumber i make, the less money I make, Thats a hard reality, I hate that, The doctors, get money from issurance companies, so they are not priced by market forces, PEOPLE eat every day, but if you make good job with your instalation, it will last for next 40-50 years,,,, PLUS people always think that you overcharge them, they extrapolate what they paid for an hour of job as if you are getting that 160h -200 hours each month, and you dotn have any job related expenses, I hate plumbing buissnes, becuase the better you are, the less you earn, doctors and other profesions are differnent

@@dripdropfamily well not quite, Just imagine, you can make the same instalation, using cheper materials, or excluding some valves , The instalation will still work but its going to be more expensive for maitainance or the instalation will not last as long, instead of 50 years ,8yeras........Market forces create an insentive to choose cheaper and more profitfull option becasue most people dont count longevity of instalation,+ you can make instaltion look fancy,compicated and expensive in material and instalation achiving very little added value in performance

@@dripdropfamily oh its true, I assure you, you give them flat FEE , but when it comes to paying, they say,"but it took you only 3h!?"as if i supposed to be replacing that water tank for a week;D

This video should’ve been called how to spend money without gaining new customers. Zero information on how to actually grow or market your business. Suggesting that we simply hire office staff to do a less efficient job at running my business is ridiculous, especially without creating more revenue. There is no employee in the world that will care more about the growth of your business than yourself.
