Because you hold a crossbow more or less like a rifle, and I served in the military for 24 years, there were zero challenges adapting to that, but I bought my first compound bow a couple of months ago, and accuracy has been a challenge. I really appreciate this information and I look forward to trying it out!

You want the pad of your hand on the grip to your lifeline. I have found that to work better. You just need to be pushing to the target and thats were the money is! @@BowDisciples

I was accurate but my arrows were doing a dance all the way to the target until I changed to this grip. Great information!!

I initially had a problem with improper grip but with the help of the archery pros at the shop and shooting through paper I fixed it rather quickly. I didn’t know I had the problem until I sent a broadhead two feet to the left at 20 yards. Improper grip can cause bad arrow flight which a broadhead will exaggerate

You have to try the Tim Gillingham custom grips, I use the 6 degree on all my Bowtech Bow's, makes a huge difference and really completes the bow for me.

What line on our fingers

I have the bowtech solution SS. I have that exact same site also the black gold verdict I believe. I went with the three pin .019 top pin and the bottom two pins are .010. it is a whitetail slayer

That is so true , it really affects your shooting , can make you shoot left or right even after you move your sights . Oh and hey my girlfriend wanted to know if she can get her watch back? 😅 keep up the good content !!

i kind of agree with this expect the part about the life line . depends on the grip size and how big your arms are. i shoot with the back of the grip closer to my thumb. string slap can be pretty serious lol.

Turn your bow elbow so it's pointing at 8 or 9 o clock should stop the string from hitting your forearm. if your inner elbow Is facing the bow your less likely to have the string hit you

I don’t get string slap with a compound but my Olympic recurve is a different beast . after hundreds of shots day after day sometimes fatigue gets to me. My forearms are huge and my form is great it’s just not knowing when to stop shooting that happens. When I was getting string slap I was shooting 2500 shots a month .

So I'm going to start all over 🙃

I tryed to explain this to my buddy last year an he said im full of shit lol but it shows in his shooting he can barley hit a paper plate at 20 yards 😂 an his grouping is all over the place
