The easiest way (also economic) is to take Airport Express train to Kowloon West, then walk inside of the shopping complex to Kowloon Railway Station (also pass immigration/custom there) and take high speed train to Shenzhen.

nope, driver don't connect with clients, only in the ticket station you can buy a ticket.
