2 Qs 1. how often would you say that we could treat ourselves with fast food/candies? 2. would stretching count together with the physical activity which you mentioned could be walking, biking to school, etc?

Hey Antonio! 1. I’d say keep most of your meals real food, but fast food is okay in moderation. Once or twice a week is probably okay depending on the rest of your diet and exercise. 2. Stretching is a good one, but I’d pair it with another movement as well! Like walking then stretching for example

Hey Niko, is there a specific workout I can do to get abs fast!? because google isnt giving me any answer, also if im on a diet should I avoid eating potatos because some people are saying to avoid them and some are saying they are good

Haha potatoes are good! Just make sure you’re getting a lot of protein in and mixing cardio/weights

Hey do u have any advice to help ppl like me to break eating habits? I eat way mor than I should and I’ve been trying to cut down on it but I am having a difficult time with it, I can’t go to the gym bc I am too young and don’t have anyone to drive me

Also have you ever thought about going live and doing like monthly streams? That would be pretty neat

It’s okay to eat a lot of the food is healthy! Also, there are some natural appetite suppressing foods out there. A lot of it is discipline and not eating past being 80% full
