The head face, ears, feet, between the toes, mixing shampoo & conditioner were newhelpful hints for bathing my Havie. Thanks so much, loved it.

What an excellent excellent lesson. You cover SO MANY important things that a person new to washing a dog might not realize. Checking water temp before spraying the dog, not spraying too hard under the tail, and never spraying directly in the ears. You don’t want to cause the dog any hurt or damage! And then understanding dog psychology to recommend spraying doggy’s face last. Brilliant. Thank you, you’re a natural teacher. I’m glad I’ve subscribed. 🛀 🐕

Snoopy is back! ... he's so mellow, adorable, and compliant. I think Snoopy my be the ultimate role model for all things to do with "How To Get Your Puppy Acclimated to Baths and Brushes" ... We're still waiting for our Hav to be born, and are planning on starting off with grooming very gently, but very consistently. Just as we did with human babies as well as other puppies. Thanks again for a helpful tutorial, Rudy. :-D

I needed to learn how to bathe my 2 sweet Havanese Minnie and Chip. I am unable to have them groomed during this difficult time. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me. I am grateful

Love your set up! I need to do some brainstorming to make things more efficient in our home. We have a miniature schnauzer as well as our newly adopted havanese but this havanese is much more high maintenance and will take more time. Thanks for sharing this! What do you do for places that’s changed color due to their drinking water? Whitening shampoo? What about dogs that continuously lick their beard after you have shampoo on it? My schnauzer does this so I can’t leave whitening shampoo on long enough!

my dog is so easy to bathe.he is a Doxle rescue and he doesnt mind a bath as long as the water is warm. no cold water. ever. he loves to rub on the towel and get blow dryed with my hair dryer. he loves the warm air. so easy with short hair breeds. i took him to a groomer once and he hated it. so i do it myself. he is an indoor dog so he doesnt get real dirty. maybe twice a month or when he smells. the groomer made him smell good. i wish i knew the shampoo or cologne he was using. it is true about the ears. you really have to watch the ears

My dog would never let me do this to her- she’d be squirming like crazy the whole time. I’d love to see a video about how to bath a squirmy dog.

Unbelievable dog! I guess I should started my havanese sooner. They aren’t as tolerant as snoopy!

Rudy, I'd like to see the process to drying the Havanese dogs or at least long haired toy dogs. I have a show Havanese and his hair is getting harder to maintain. So any tips would be welcomed. -- We love your videos!

Hey Toby,Thank You so much for your comment.For sure we will put out an exclusive drying video soon.In the mean time,you might want to look at our how to inspect your dog while grooming video,i show the basic concept of drying in that vid..As always,brush prior to bath,and if your using any type of blow dryer,be sure to not use a heating element,so not to accidentally burn your pup..
