Amazing video! Im an anesthesiologist from Colombia... I would like to add something, I dont find the tourniquet as a contraindication, if you do the procedure under sedation ie remifentanil 0.15mcg/kg/min and midazolam 2mg iv unique dose, the tourniquet could be well tolerated.

Because it spares C8 segment.... But the wrist block will block c8 to give a complete upper limb block

I don't have palmar long muscle 😅

Any surgery limited to fingers that can be done within 10-15 minutes, and for which we need to check the movements immediately after the surgery to evaluate the completion of the procedure
