Aw she is so cute! I love all you little piggies, but she definitely set a good example of how a good piggy acts during a bath! 😄

Reason why lil piggy poops in the bath is because the extra warm water relaxes their “poop shoots” enough that it’s easier for them to go potty in such a relaxed state, I find that a little gloop of peanut butter on the inside of the bathtub works to keep Princess Peppa (my mini potbelly) from freaking out. Also, for the occasional butt scratching against the furniture, coffee table, and end tables, I made a piggy scratching post. Simply screw a 4x4 piece about 18” big to a 1x8 that is about 10” all around, next hot glue a thick rough rope around the 4x4 all the way to the top. As a little indication that the piggy post is designated for Princess Peppa I crushed up some piggy blueberry and cream nugget snacks very fine and dusted the outside of the rope, that way she picks up the odor of it and knows that it is her special place to rub up and scratch on. Don’t get me wrong I catch my Yorkies from time to time scratching against it, no harm, no foul if you ask me, I figure it’s less of a chance for Princess Peppa to greedily snatch a doggie treat from them and getting sick from the high sodium content. a2.0.3 (my rat typed that and I thought I'd just leave it.) Awesome information! The warm water=defecation trick is even useful for constipated pigs before resorting to more extreme options! I've heard of the peanut butter trick before! I've only used it for dogs so far but it's good to know it does work on pigs as well! Thanks for sharing!!

I'm glad someone else said it, I've wanted to but have avoided saying it or any other compliment because of today's PC culture. Evey woman is beautiful, some just jump out at you. She was not sweet like your piggy, but knowing she would likely throw a tantrum and to stay the course, calmly, was the best advice. We got through the bath, she smelled great, loved her warm towel and coconut oil “massage”, and all was right in our world. ❤️

This was such a great video as it could be used for small dogs as well. I have a small Yorkie and bathe her this way.. minus the coconut oil but inspired to use it on her paw pads. You’re just fantastic babe! Omg edit.. the TOWEL at the bottom of the sink! Brilliant!

Yes! Same method I use for my dogs as well! Slippery tubs/sinks are scary!

I had a mini pig and she was sooo adorable! And seeing your piggy helped me feel better about her! She didn’t die... we had to give her away. Before we gave her away we kept her in my huge Great Dane’s pin and the dog and the pig became best friends! And it was so cute because we had a pool in the pin and she would swim around with the dog! So this video made my day! Btw you have beautiful eyes!

I'd love an elaboration. My pigs have converted countless people from eating meat. They are ambassadors for how amazing, sweet and intelligent pigs are and the more we can promote them being friends/family/pets and NOT for eating the more we're doing for pigs.

Adri Rachelle I haven’t, I will check that out!! I actually do that to my baby bc he loves it!! I found this out by sweeping my floor and he kept getting in my pile. I got frustrated and poked him with the brushes and he froze and fell over! Lol 😂
