Where do you get your pleco caves? My local aquarium store never has them in stock! My julii corydoras & hillstream loaches need some more hiding spaces

Hi. Just got a rubber lip pleco. He was so active yesterday (1rst day home) but today he hasn't moved from top back corner. It's now 12:30 at night & lights are off & still the same place. Is he scared or is this what they do?

is sand necessary for keeping cory-catfish ?. hi can you make a video on your lemon tetras . i keep geophagus surinamensis and red heads in 120 gallons and 60 gallon respectively. i need a schooling fish to go along with each of them.

sand is not necessary but highly recommended! a thin layer of sand seems to work best! I will make a video on the lemon tetra soon as well as a video on good species of compatible dither fish for gephagus as well! cheers!

Thanks man! Need to get some dither fish! Any suggestions for fish that wont eat small Neocaradina shrimp or zebra pleco fry?

Tom Fasano small Tetra are the best also smaller danios or guppies , rasbora are also good! I’m waiting to hear that u found some new fry in ur tank 🤞

Hey Malik, hope you are doing good. So I just finished quarantining 2 rubberlip plecos last week and they have been in my 55 gallon planted tank for a while(not heavily planted). During the week, when I monitor my fish tank, I have only seen one and I have not seen the other one. I even looked at night and I only see the one that I see during the day. My tank is a 55 gallon, natural looking environment with driftwood, rocks, and plants. Should I be worried if I cant find the other one. I have 1 boesmani rainbow, 1 denison barb, three black skirt tetra, and a 2 1/2 inch female jack dempsey (shes very peaceful in my tank).

Hey Young, chances are high its just hiding in the back somewhere and will eventually come out when its ready to! quite normal to not see them for a while.. my recommendation is to feed a bit extra food right before lights out in the areas you might suspect him to be hiding! hopefully he will come out soon! cheers mate!

Coffee…sorry I’ll let myself out. Seriously, what is the smallest pleco variety? A have a 32g tank full of nano fish and don’t want anything over 2”.

Hi Malik were the two fish at the beginning fire mouth cichlids because I have to and one of them has no red belly so if urs is like that then I want to know that it’s fine also can you do a video about green terror cichlids or firemouth cichlids if u can

They are geophagus tapajo red heads .. similar but a different genus of fish than firemouths

I dont have 397's my friend breeds them here in Toronto! I might get some later this year! cheers
