tip: if you go to a bunker, and either wait, or just knowckout a guard yourself, you can drag them into your ship and use a medgun to res them, much easier than pushing them

That's a lot of dedication. I'm sure at some point any contact with those NPCs will cause them to attack the players so this might only be a temporary thing. Let's hope not though. I can imagine a lot of shenanigans. Thanks for the awesome videos. GIVESHIP

Thanks buddy :) and yeah for sure! Although 3.20 should have trespassing on ships meaning this could be even better! I’ll have to revisit when that patch comes out!

I've been trying to get at least one npc guard to my ship couple of times since your last video. But they just kept teleporting back to their positions after like minute or so. Server desync was sooo bad this week. Fire video and thanks for suffering through this for us, so we don't have to! Haha

Probably too late for the GIVESHIP but that was entertaining. Very close to 1000 subs you will get it forsure. Im looking forward to 30 NPC guards wrecking stuff or falling to their deaths. Either way it will be awesome.

I just really started getting in to this game… I have had it for a while but could not get my stick bindings set. Now I can at least fly pretty well. I like the game loops in this game. Just wish it was more stable. Love your content.

Great your test! An easy technique to board NPCs aboard your Pisces is to simply land directly on the NPC with the Pisces in the Microtech hangars. As if you wanted to crush it. They glitched in it directly!

Your idea about using ai as personal security is awsome. Hope cig will do it someday so we can buy big ships and hire npc to follow admiral/commander lead (Star trek moment). But until than we can enjoy this game by entering giveaway contest and winning starter package.

They have said you'll be able to hire crew at some point AND with the 3.20 update adding ship trespassing, I might have to revisit this Idea yet again as it could work all that much better! Never been pirated so not sure how it would work, but if confronted just tell pirates you will open up and give them 50% of cargo if they do not soft death you. Both can walk away with something that way. Then they step onto your ship and NPC guards take them down as I would assume they would have crime stats as pirates.

Lol my Carrack is currently filled with Nine Tails.

I just made a meme video of me getting a npc onto my ship. Knowing they actually stay in the ship once stored now im definitely doing it the right way and with guards. Not my npc companion carl 😅

With the pisces, you can simply "Land" on top of them in hangars or other areas and they will spawn in your ship... No need to use the gurney

Nice test GFA! It would be perfect if your kidnapped NPC guards would react to other players sneaking onto your ship. That could prevent hijackers. But then how would they know who is unwelcome? 🤷

It's all in the pipeline, but there is so much else being added all of the time that they need to get the rest of the base features in before adding things that might end up changing with any new technology added like server meshing etc etc. I understand what you mean but I think 3.19 has really shown us how much is being working on without us even realising it haha

Bro this game doesn't even have working npc in the terminal if you think cig could put them on your ship actually doing stuff your crazy. This game has good looking ships that hardly pass and that's really all it will ever be.
