What is the other wire that connects to the solenoid?

Watched this video last week and ordered the carb and I can’t get it running

You can attach to battery ground and mount to the top of the magneto cover. Good video.

Thanks for the question Are you talking about the starter coil or the 5 wires that come from the position sensor 🤔

Hi guys I’m really stuck I need to know is it ok to mount the carb the opposite way like he was about to? I’m building a bike atm with this engine and I have my mounted opposite but I cannot get it to idle and the revs are affecting it . Can anyone help?

I've been running this carb backwards for awhile... but a couple months after this video i had to replace the carb, the new carb i got wouldn't let it rev up and it had a hard time starting (might be a coincidence) but i think certain carbs are different. Idk if this was any help but thanks for the question!
