Super easy brother! Do your timewalking weekly, do your valdrakken community feast/grand hunt/ siege quest. Then there's some other events you can get gear from: the fyrakk icon on your world map. Go there! Do the quests. Farm the spawns that come from the crucible, kill fyrakk. Then you got dresmsurge weekly. Then you even have your world bosses, the time rift event. Black temple timewalking raid! It's a cake walk !!! I'm sure in missing some.

I already have 3 set on one toon, one heroic from the BT TW that I catalyzed and 2 lfr pieces, easy road to gear for sure this season with so many options, great video, thanks for the effort and time, we appreciate you

Honestly, that is the best guide I have ever seen for WoW.

For those interested, ive cleared LFR/Normal/Heroic this week and im at 2p of S4 tier w/o using the catalyst. Hoping for max ilvl peice to drop or catalyst from my 3 m+ slots in vault tuesday before using a charge.

As a casual, I'm thoroughly confused.

Yep, the Bloody Token+Trophy of Strife gear is Veteran level and works for this as well

Remember time walking quest in valdrakken and get the tome walking quest in shattrah for BlackTemple (this week)

So far no luck with tier set or tokens for my main. I've cleared all bosses in LFR, normal and (so far) 3 bosses heroic. (We're continuing to clear tomorrow, but unclear if we can do AOTC week 1). I hope to hit 2k mythic rating next week, so if I only get 1 piece of tier from raid or vault, I should be able to complete a 4-set by next week (2 catalysts, 1 token, 1 drop). I might be unlucky in which case I'll have to wait for a third catalyst.

No tier sets for me yet. I've done normal, LFR, and a heroic raid up to Dathea. I'm hoping to get one in vault and i will use a catalyst charge on a heroic equipment i won.

Timewalking raid is active atm for another source of gear to catalyst

Currently got 2 piece, and a item in bag to use in catalyst, and think i need last 2 Bosses on heroic to clear the raid 😋

Also if your old and new sets have the SAME set bonuses and you get 2 times your 2 set bonus they do not seem to add up. My BM hunter did NOT summon 2 dire beasts with it when using Bestial Wrath.

As always, I didn't get any tier set piece from both LFR and Normal raid difficulties. Perhaps I will have some luck in getting into heroic difficulty... so I hope i will get at least 1 piece next week. Then I'll be able to unlock 3 other items with catalyst and KSM achievement reward.

I've been saving my catalyst for the last few weeks just for this.

To add to your badluck on specific piece. It's not THAT HARD to get enough conquest to get a decent ilevel piece and catalyze it.

Dream surge vendor item does NOT work. I just tried it. They will not be able to be transformed with the catalyst 4:40

Dreamsurge cradle (new currency for Hamuul) can buy adventurer gear, but that did NOT turn into s4 tier set. You need veteran or higher for current season tier. Maybe this was a bug that got hotfixed though.

I haven't played my paladin in a long time. Your attack animations look great. Is that because you're a blood elf? Or is my dwarf doing the same stuff but I just don't look as good?

I'm a bit confused, I did the dreamsurge quest, purchased gloves, could not catalyse...Why? Is this a bug they fixed on US servers but is still on EU?

Sadly I have 0 pieces of S4 tier on my paladin and have run out of ways to get gear at my current skill and iLvl. What feels even worse is capping my Crests so I also can't even upgrade my current gear for any kind of power boost to try and push content that could possibly reward me with any. Not to mention a recent issue with trying to upgrade a new 1h mace and the cost not being halved or lowered at all despite it being a lower ilvl than my current veteran piece of gear.

Keystone hero @2500 rating rewards nothing, right?

honestly, they should just give us all the tier set bonuses in the last few seasons. let us go balls deep into customizing our build

Legion order halls are GREAT single player content. Lots of cool unique stories, class specific weapons and mounts etc. Good transmog

Golden rule of wow, old content isn't important. Only for transmog and mounts. The Times of making money with your followers is over Long time ago.

Have 2 but can make 3 after reset i can make 4set but i Have 1unwanted Tier item only bcs IT dropped As RAID token

How do you get the charge? You just get it once per weak without doing anything for it?

Yes. You are given one catalyst charge per week automatically.

Too bad for anyone who did anything before Thursday because a lot of the stuff that should go in the Catalyst can't and the hotfix isn't retroactive. Works on alts now though. I really should learn to not do anything in a new season until 6 days after the patch goes live, lol.

Correction: Classes that have different tier bonuses from S3 can wear 2pc season 3 and 2pc tier season 4. So like Blood DK can ise double 2pc bonus, which is actually quite strong. Any class that voted for their seasom 3 bonus cannot stack double 2pc so most classes have to wait until they get all 4 pieces then swap. Depends on your class

Yeah if you have last seasons 4 set I suggest waiting to swap until you have 4 set of the current season if your set is good or heroic raid ilvl

i must be super unlucky. Some of my guildies already have a 2/3 pc and I have absolutely nothing i can even convert in the catalyst >.< I havent won any lfr drops. I've just been upgrading heroic dungeon gear to ilvl 489- i do not do mythic+ because im a healer and i have enough anxiety thankyou lol

I really dislike having to have my set bonus but only being able to properly acquire it through raids or wait for weeks.. maybe if there still were 10 man raids it wouldnt bother me that much, but im mainly playing for m+ and i hate 25 man raiding

I stopped playing, I got pissed having gotten screwed without a retro fix for doing my vault and such when server came up

FYI: Mythic keys are not the equivalent of last seasons keys +10. M0 is not like the old +10. It's the new +10. The scaling feels like a 0 is around a +16 or 17 from last season.

@@Asag321m0 are still easy. His right though a 10 this season is much harder than last season comparing a 20 to a 10 this season isn’t the same. Our gear scaling is way different and basically a 10 this season is closer to a 25 with current ilvls.

Siege of Dragonsbane Keep still bugged. No set for me.

Having to roll against 24 people for every piece is exhausting.

Was about 4 lvls away from the full transmog on 4 pieces until Season 4 made sure i couldnt upgrade them anymore and now a have to farm those four pieces again. Im sure at least one will drop somewhere between the 30 back pieces. Stupid ass system meant to drag out subs.

@03:30 - I literally got all my Gear TODAY, can only upgrade half of it... the Rest seems still bugged... yikes.....

I'm waiting till remix comes out this expansion is over.

could be that they have 4 set from last season but it's possible to get new 4 set in week 1: -revival catalyst in valdrakken allows non tier pieces from raid/m+ and weekly events (i think, there are some open world/world quest items that can't be used) to be turned into tier. We get 1 charge a week this season. -Getting 2000 m+ score or full completing heroic raid completes the season 4 mastery achievement which awards the awakened mark of mastery. There's a vendor in valdrakken that allows you to buy 1 piece of heroic tier in a slot you choose. -from there, they would have to loot 2 pieces of tier from LFR/Normal/Heroic or Mythic raid. Also, the end boss of each raid drops a currency (curio) similar to the mark of mastery that lets you buy tier in a slot you choose.

Not that is super hard, and it might be a bug - as no one seems to be talking about it, I tried to run the awakened version of the raid on an alt tank, but there was a minimum ilvl of 463 required to join, which left my 458 tank out of it. My husband has a 456 tank and he's able to queue. Not sure why they're hating on my monk. 😢

Easiest way for a casual to get those marks?

nothing... you need to get 2k in m+, that means everything on +5/6 over 2 weeks or clear hc

Weeks in and still 3/5 because a chest or legs will not drop from ANYTHING.

Come back after quitting mid-BFA... Cleared LFR, Normal and Heroic, got my buillons, my charges etc. I got one single piece of loot from the entire raid across 3 difficulties lol and it wasn't even tier or an upgrade... got 3 pieces of my tier from last weeks charge, this week and my 2 buillon lmao. Gearing is easier and also harder at the same time due to fucking dogshit ass rolls which I've ALWAYS had horrible luck with on my account.

But how dose getting gear in this season give me a head start in the next expansion? Something new in War Within? Normally in a new expansion you get your gear replaced so fast that it makes you think why are you playing WoW and the grind!

This is really stupid. Yes you can get 4set in week one. But if you don't, there is no point wearing your higher ilvl pieces as they sim drastically lower than old set items. So higher ilvl doesn't compensate the loss off set bonus. I dropped one set item, got 1 catalyst charge and token for completing heroic but can't wear them until i get 4 pieces... i got some higher non set items too for my set slot but they break bonus so can't wear them either. Wtf

It sucks having champion and hero gear you cant use

There is no way i can get it with my bad luck. I got 3 pants on the TW raid aswell as the weekly TW chest and the feast chest 😂 and did full wing of incarnates on lfr normal and heroic got 0 loot aswell fuck this.

It's a shame that people with no luck at all cant gear up via raids even in LFR as we never seem to be able to win the rolls, locking us out for another week only to try again and again for us to lose again. I swear WoW needs to revamp their loot system and while I know that this view isnt shared by everyone there are still a lot of us who can't gear up as our guilds (if we even are in one) wont raid with us since we cant get the gear to get the ilvl necessary.

@3:35 not true. I did all my characters' day of patch, and the day after and yesterday, when this change went through, all of their gear was able to be catalyzed. Just wanted to ease people minds hearing doom of doing stuff early and feeling like their behind. You're not.

Theres no fast way..lfr luck, maybe raid normal if you have a Guild. Then catalyst 4 weeks for full set.

Dreamsurge vendors aren't up and won't be until that is part of the Awakened set, so still have like 4weeks til we can use the vendors that aren't apart of what Awakened Raid is up. IDK Why no one who makes these vids is mentioning this. They all say you can get gear from those vendors, but No One is telling you/us that those vendors aren't even available, and they won't be until Dreamsurge is in the Awakened rotation......

@@Xathian So whichever Raid rotation is up, that's what world events will be up as well. So like for this week it went back to the VOI Raid(1st one to come out) so all of the original world events will be the ones to do, such as the Feast, wild hunt, and dragonsbane keep. Next week will be Abberrus raid so the world events will be Time rifts an the caverns stuff, Dreamsurge event is 3rd week along with the assaults.

!!!PLZ DO NOT WASTE UR CATA CHARGES ON GEAR LOWER THAN HERO!!!!
