idk if anyone know this or not but back then when gold use to be a thing, I had a year of gold which sent it to expire next year and I had bought gamepass ultimate for 1$ since they had that deal going for 1$ a month, I applied that 1$ just for that month and it gave me a year worth of gamepass from my 1 year of Xbox gold

I'm just here to say I've gathered that if my account is on someone's Xbox that has xbox gold or game pass then I should be able to play online at home without me having to pay and I'm telling you honestly right now that I haven't paid in a long time. I have been playing multi-player online for months now and haven't paid for gold or game pass but recently I took my account off a friend's xbox and yesterday my stuff started acting up and it's saying I have to pay now but I figured I should still be able to because my account is also on someone else's xbox but they told me that they need to pay there's soon and sure enough it's not letting me play online anymore because it's telling me I need gold or gamepass. Someone should test that out, stop paying and instead put your account on someone's xbox that had gold or gamepass then see if you can still play online
