Our software cannot use the education versions of CorelDraw, so we are not as familiar with those copies, unfortunately. Have you had a chance to reach out to Corel? -TRW Pilar

Thank you for your reply, I haven't found Corel very helpful in the past. I'll think about whether I want to try with them again. Meanwhile I am using Inkscape.

This is for x8 and higher. You may be able to contact CorelDraw directly to find how to show the CDR thumbnails on x7. If you have questions on using our TRW Design Wizard in Corel or what it can do for you, we have several amazing tutorials to help guide you. -TRW Pilar

These instructions are wrong for current Windows 10 - Programs & Features is now Apps and Features, but Corel Draw has no Modify.

Yes, it's Apps & Features, and the Shell Extension doesn't have modify. You have to click uninstall. -TRW Bri

So, in short, suggested solution is to uninstall CorelDraw Windows Shell Extension and then reinstall it.

Try this out: There's a volume control button to the right of the play button on the video. Click on that to be sure it's all the way filled. If so, then in the lower right of your laptop or computer screen there's another volume slider that can be adjusted. :-) -TRW Crystal
