@@bendavis5847 I'm also a skinny guy .Even though I don't get bullied as much ,it still bothers me and kinda depressing .You said that you eat a lot but didn't gain much ,that's mean that you're a hard gainer ,high metabolism ,just like me .
Hey so ive done this for 28 days now n heres my review.... So this is a great workout if u eat enough u will notice growth in your body just after 2 weeks..u yourself may not be able to tell the difference but if u look at past photos then u will feel as if your chest was small. This excercise will also help u if aim to do hanstand pushups as u can progress to wall pushups after this and build strength.. My advice is eat right but dont cut anything try eating a bit more than usual N if u r looking for a glowup and want to fill your shirt then this is really the best workout and the pike pushup is also a very cool brag Day 1 i had to take larger brakes But by day 20 i could do all this properly..but it wasnt easy and i sweat alot so...hope this helps

i can agree... great for beginners or people who lost their shape and are trying to build up again 😅 although i’m not nearly close to my pre quarantine legs and calves they’re not weak and chest is even bigger than pre-quarantine(it was like 0 tbh)😂 it’s definitely worth a try

My gf and I just did this workout (in addition to our normal routine) for 28 days and my shoulder width grew by 3.5 inches!! She grew by just under 2 inches!! We are naturally skinny so that’s a huge accomplishment. Thanks, man!

Also it's actually incredible that you included rotator cuff exercises in the workout. I don't think I've ever seen a calisthenic routine with them before, it's literally health saving!

1 month week 4 day 4 of 0-100 program and finally completed the exercise with full right form and same rep .Body shivered alot during the last shoulder lean hold but i didnt stop until the buzzer.Feeling the progress,and a huge appreciation to you for keeping this workout free.
It's my 4th day and I can feel the burn. Indeed its effective. Feel like giving up already. All seriousness aside, great video. Doing the workout with you doesn't feel too lonely and kind of exciting.
I'm by no means a massive guy, but I do know my way around the gym well. However this is BY FAR not only the best home workout I've done, but one of the best I've done EVER! Amazing stuff man well done

Your workout is pretty similar to mine, but I see you got a couple exercises I haven't seen before. Enjoying seeing some different stuff to change it up a bit🍻
First 1k followers are very hard. Keep going, you are on a right direction

My entire life I found excuses for not working out and not getting in shape "I'm too skinny to gain muscles" "I can't work out, because of my minor walking disability in my right leg" "I am too lazy and I'm not interested in sports"...... Well, I'm on day 4 (or 5 I'm not sure xD) of this workout and your abs and your legs workout and each time I am able to do them with less and less effort and I just feel great afterwards thank you bro for inspiring me (and I'm sure many others) so much. I have a fair amount of muscles combined with some fat, I'm used to push ups and my body weight is around 95 kilograms, making it a bit more difficult to carry my weight. This is gonna hurt but I'm looking forward to it! 💪

I would like to start the “From 0 to 100” Program… I am at the beginner level, but I am motivated to complete the program and move to your next program. I have a few questions… How often do you recommend me to do Pull-ups? Do I do every day, every other day or only on the days I do Back workout? When do you recommend to do Pull-ups, at the beginning or at the end of the workout? I just try to prevent any injures, and workout effectively. I appreciate any tips and guidance regarding when and how to do the Pull-ups.

Finally I've completed it. It was hard from time to time, esp V-hold and double-workouts, but I managed to do them. My body didn't transform into machine, although I can see the results: my arms and legs became wider, my oblique seems precise (my lower abs still covered with fat). Anyway, thank you, Igor, for a great 28-days workout! My next goal is to complete aestetic or ultimate summer physique.
