HOSTS - ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Introduced to the study of Kabbalah in his teens, David Ghiyam not only found the answers to life’s questions, but a simple and comprehensive path toward achieving the fulfillment he was after. With 15+ years of experience teaching classes around the world, David is a catalyst for people to realize that abundance and fulfillment begin on the inside with a strong spiritual practice. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Elisheva Balas has been teaching Kabbalah for nearly 20 years in 15 different cities across the world, including London, Rome, Chicago, Seattle, and Miami. She is loved for bringing humor to her classes and lectures. Believing that we should be able to laugh at our negativity, she emphasizes that laughing helps to internalize the painful reality where the ego puts us. ⁣⁣

What happens if the ex is still a friend and the ex keep saying that loves you and misses you even when he is in a relationship, it feels good but is not right, how do we put on a wall? What happens if you already feed yourself with that need of been relevant and the likes in social media and the need of been seen , notice and praised? How do you revert all the damage, All the backcharges? How I undo the separation between me and my soulmate and the damage to my unborn kids? 😪😪😪 does that means that I might lowered my bank of light for years now...? #askingforhelp

Studies show social media actually produces anti-social behavior! That's irony. Starve your need for likes so it changes. Substituting a flat screen for real connections is a poor substitute and contributes to what therapists have said is the loneliness epidemic. We're more 'connected' than ever but more disconnected. So set a deep intention to reduce your time online and go have a coffee or tea with a friend or relative you think may also spend too much time on social media. Your value in the Creator's eyes is NOT dependent on likes shares and comments, especially from people that don't even know you. Who matters? Relationships and kids are the most difficult things in life for many people. How many couples do you know that have truly happy long term (decades) relationships. Many theories of love, according to Schwartz and Olds, propose that there is an inevitable change in 2-3yrs from passionate love to what is typically called compassionate love-love that is deep but not as euphoric as that experienced during the early stages of romance. Learn what it takes to get through the turbulent times. Acting maturely in moments of stress takes self-control. Self-control vs out of control...who wants the latter?! It takes two to repair and return to closeness but there's always fluctuations in how much closeness is needed by either partner on any day. When it matches its great. When it doesn't it hard. Bend in the breeze. Patience is a virtue.

Wow I am shocked about what you guys said about the ex still being attached to the person and not moving on being a fault of the one. If that is the case, how we put that wall in an effective way?!?
