I'm having trouble finding a company that can get me ungated in automotive and construction tools like things you could buy from home Depot or O'Reilly's Auto parts or AutoZone. Also I found this great deal on a Culligan water filter and I can't figure out how to get ungated in that category as well. Always appreciative of your help. can you buy from argos,tesco tk maxx that sort of company but have it delivered to your house first cause you will have a invoice with your delivery. don’t know if will work just thinking. thanks

just ask the retailer for the invoice, but that wont get you ungated

Hi.thanks for the video..I recently applied for brand registery but it got rejected because my product does not have UPC.....I got it from manufacturer without UPC ...Can I attach gs1 barcodes to these products?thanks

As of right now the document dates state “dated on or before January 14,2023 (within 180 days)”. Any luck getting approved still even though they changed the invoice date to before January ?

mm, if they've specifically mentioned a cut-off date, they likely mean it. But hey, never hurts to give it a shot anyway! You might get lucky and still get approval, especially if your documents are just slightly beyond the date. Good luck!

Hi thank you for making this video. I am selling beauty products on amazon and there this brand that I need to get approval. I sent them everything I have, invoice , confirmation email of the order, and I still get denied. this is what they responded “We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application.” Do you have any tips? Thank you 🙏🏼

How to get ungated in Nike

I'm having a hard time getting an explanation as to how losses can occur due to buying 10 items to obtain an invoice. If a product is bought from a wholesaler at a discount, why would a loss be incurred??? Is there some sort of fee that could make someone sell at a loss??? If this is the case, why don't all transactions in which products are being bought for the purpose of being resold lead to losses??? I hope my question is clear. Thanks.
