Look up Pokemon Emerald Arbitrary Code Execution (ACE). It is a legit method to get to any event island and to really do whatever you want in Emerald. I caught Ho-Oh and Lugia today from unlocking naval rock via ACE.

RNG works like that in a lot of games, it's a huge list of events that will happen, and doing something make you jump through the list to certain events. I remember doing this in Final Fantasy 12 to get rare stuff from chests. The most common things to do was healing yourself, and the most used one was hitting yourself unarmed.

spade I did everything right, but it sent me back to Fortree City instead of Navel Rock, then a cutscene played where there was another main male protagonist walking with a gardevoir on the trees after walking away from a random red-head who wasn't there before, then the protagonist kissed the gardevoir... To get 666 master balls you have to use the Battle Tower glitch to multiply it. Works only with emerald, of course. Go in the Battle Tower in the Battle Frontier, use Move Items in Lanette's pc, give the master ball to any stored pokemon (not necessarily the first one) and quit the box. SAVE in front of the pc without moving, then open Lanette's pc and withdraw the ball and put it in your bag, and WITHOUT SAVING go and speak to the last woman on the right side (multi link battle). Choose two pokemon, she will ask you to save the game. When it says "SAVING DON'T TURN OFF THE POWER" (the whole message must appear), in THAT precise moment switch off and switch on again (or also simple SoftReset), ignore the message of corrupted data and you will find yourself in front of that woman. If you check both the bag and the box, you will notice that you will have a master ball in your bag and one assigned to the pokemon! In that way you can multiply up to 30 items at once. Do this procedure until you get all those master balls, and then proceed with the tossing glitch. DEOXYS IS ON BIRTH ISLAND, NOT IN NAVEL ROCK!!!!!

Yeah there's a glitch in second gen,if you give certain name to your boxes and you have certain Pokémon in your team with certain moves and item....you basically can do everything,infinite master ball,infinite rare candy,turning normal Pokémon into shiny Pokémon,etc.

It doesn't work for emerald if the international battery has run dry.

Did you try holding W for 8.284 seconds, mining down for 12 blocks, jumping 3 times, leaving the world, joining Hypixel, leaving it, going back to your world, using 12 cobblestone to get up and then writing "js19"? This helped me.

Pokemon should make a game where there is no need for cheats to catch legendaries. They should make a game where you could go explore each region. It should be like you chose your own home region then go on a journey going from region to region that would be BEAST^_^

Why not make a game with graphics and shit from gen iv, but on 3ds/2ds? With ability to go to other regions and encountering any pokemon accesible there? With legendaries accesible via side quests OR events (not only by one or another). Imagine completing a sidequest in Ilex forest and fighting Celebi as a reward, or obtaining Azure Flute legitimately.

More likely you'll get bored and asked by the local professor to start a journey all over again by giving him/her your team for the time and get a free starter. Or the level rising of gym leaders would be really high to go further in the current region, so you would have to go to other to train and find certain HM's/TM's.
