Good advice - the panic will subside in time - the activities will help distract and develop interest in life again. Health, time will tell. We must accept the uncertainty. As you said, if this is the last part of my life (not likely, but possible) I'd like to go out on a positive note and share love with those who I love and please God with my final days.

what's good about these videos is you can actually visually see how much better and healthier you are mentally/physically as the videos have gone on through the years, like you get your glow back.

Wow!!! I just stumbled upon this video. I’ve been dealing with intense twitching after a few days of sever stress and I had no idea it could be an anxiety symptom. Thank you for saying that. It’s nice to hear it from someone who deals with anxiety that it happens after some anxious days.

Stevie Wonder’s music ALONE has gotten me through some of the toughest moments. Once I thought I was dying from rabies (geez even when I type this it sounds ridiculous but HA y’know) and I was driving and listening to As thinking this is the way I want to go out by listening to a song about universal love… it was just an intense panic attack lmao but Stevie 😂🎉❤

The little cough was so cute. Glad you kept it in :-) This was a really honest practical insight into health anxiety. And thanks for the strategy of giving the thoughts personalities. I've never tried this before.

Hi Cherelle. I've watched loads of your videos recently and they are helping a lot. I had constant nausea at night for months, and then tension headaches etc. My doctor says I am fine, but sometimes I can't stop myself from thinkning I have a brain tumour or something worse. I have headaches less frequently but still there - on and off now for days. I feel constantly dizzy and almost out of sorts/ out of my own body, like everything I do is a blur. is this something you have heard of/experienced? Or should I go back to get it checked? The doctor seemed to say it was anxiety last time I went, I want to trust it so badly but part of me worries i'm being misdiagnosed. Thank you.

Try Patrick Mckeown breathing exercises to change the way you breath. Our breath plays a big role in anxiety.

Like you with Heather, I also gave health anxiety an external character visiting the inside of me, that I could learn to invite and disinvite. I called him the “Emu” because the head pressure felt like there was an emu head taking up space in the center of my head. The other character I called him “Blödmann” (basket case). Emu was quite stubborn at times, but Blödmann, the psychological driver of health anxiety, I learnt to manage pretty well that way. I recognized him as a rambler for whom I often didn’t have time or energy. I told friends about Emu and Blödmann, and they also noticed when they paid visits and we could all interact with much greater self-awareness. Why don’t you make a video about Heather? Could be intriguing. She is probably full of shit but also has a great sense of humor?
