While everyone else is chasing the titles and respect that come with it, Littlefinger is more than happy to wait on the sidelines for his time to come. And, when you follow Littlefinger’s sneaky, socially-savvy moves, people will listen to you and you’ll get what you want from people much much sooner.
Littlefinger has devised the ultimate plan: getting both Sansa and the Iron Throne. He strategically placed himself in Winterfell, and while everyone else is busy destroying each other, he has a perfectly good excuse why he isn’t involved in any fighting.
To him, it doesn’t really matter who will win the war and sit on the Iron Throne: whether it’s Cersei or Daenerys, both of them will have to face major losses and PR problems. And then the Queen in the North would arrive as the answer to all their problems with united armies of the North, the Vale and the Riverlands behind her (and with plenty of food, too)!
Thereare three things Littlefinger does to get things his way:
1. He tries to plant his own ideas into other people’s minds and pass his own ideas as their own.
2. Divide and conquer.
3. In order to use power in this way, you must stay cool-headed.
Those are the three Littlefinger's secrets to getting things his way and turning power to his side.

Littlefingers real intentions are so unclear (Up until very recently) although I think all his power games will come crashing down. He is constantly playing with fire We both uploaded Game of Thrones Breakdowns at the exact same time!

But that coems out as agressive, and an alpha, I assume, should not always be agessive. You could make yourself look as unfriendly, and maybe lose friends. You would come out as an angry beta, which is worse than a regula beta.

I watched a video from a KZreadr called "Charisma on Command," and he said that you want to either use their own words against them or take their insult as a compliment. He said these work because in such negative interactions, it's a battle to see who can control whom, and by doing one of these two things, you take control away from them and give it to you.
