The shifting is a little off but it's fine for the other buttons. (Edit) He are some steps to fix the gap and costumize it 1. Go to Settings, then Touch, and Change Control Mode to select D-pad & tap to interact. 2. Adjust Display Settings by setting GUI Scale Modifier to a negative value such as -1 to fit a bigger D-pad in the bottom left corner. Disable 'Extra Large New UI' if enabled. 3. Customize Controls in-game by going to Settings, then Touch, and Customize Controls. Personalize your layout to resemble the classic controls.

Some people believe it is merely a visual change, but the swimming functionality does not work as well. The buttons are more spaced out, making the controls harder to use. Additionally, I had to increase the size of the jump button in my Minecraft settings because the new controls completely disrupted everything. It is not just a visual change - the functionality is different as well. I prefer the old MCPE controls, and I am unsure why they were changed, as no one had complained about them beforehand.
