    how often do you recommend training with the bamboo bar? my gym has one but I'm not sure how often I should be programming it into my training

    I use this bar after flat barbell, flat dumbell, and incline barbell work to just fold the muscles and zap them hard.

    I have one of these bars but i always hang olympic plates on it but do kettlebells shake more? I don't have any but if it shakes more with kettlebells im getting some

    Just do what Thor did and set the weights closer towards the end to get that whip effect. You’re going to need 4 clips though.

    Strongaholic make ur own get pvc pipe from lowes and cut. Then bands and loop the weight. Cost about 20 bucks total

    Great Video! A high quality and low cost bamboo bar option is the Rocko Barbell. It's half the cost of an earthquake bar and it's on Amazon.

    Why are you filming and putting up on KZread And Bell's warm up sets? You know she's doing work sets around 315lbs easy. Come on, give the lady her due. 💪🏋️‍♀️👍

    It helps with shoulder stability. More stable shoulders = less shoulder aches and injuries.

    Bamboo bars are useless. It's not going to develop strength in the target musculature or reinforce technique as well as a more stable weight. You may as well crack out the Bosu Balls & start squatting if we're going to engage in such silliness.

    "Bamboo bars are magical because they make you use less weight." Well why not just stay on your couch, you'll be using even less weight & achieving about the same.
