If you could tell me such a blue color how do I do it? thank you so much😍
I like that you add Tylose instead of leaving the fondant out to dry, but would you still advise the fondant is removed before eating? (I'm not sure how hard the isomalt and firmed fondant would be to eat?)

Thank You :) Most of the time I see ppl don't eat the fondant portion of the cake. If you want to be safe, you can still let the fondant dry for a day instead of adding Tylose. I used the xylose for. quick dry. Also, those isomolt crystals are like sugar candies and they are not hard.
Can we use anything else instead of isomalt. Nice tutorial. Thanks

Sanding sugar or turbinado sugar would work just as well I think
