Honestly I just changed the region to Canada on the Apple ID I already use personally, downloaded the game, and then switched back to my region. Game has been working just fine and I can make purchases normally

Once you download it, switch your Apple ID back to America or wherever you are. All the prices will switch to US and you can buy normally. I did same thing with mini

For android you need to istall vpn and set up on canada then delete data and cash from play store in the settings and that's it enjoy😊
