The spare wheel of my Hilux has a different rim compared to the other four. Was yours delivered with a spare wheel that has a rim similar to the ones already mounted?

The Conquest (V variant) has the same wheel and tire as the ones mounted. Lower variants like the E and J have steelies. Earlier version of the GRS variant (before 2024) also have steelies as the spare.

I never had the extension bar...😢

Don´t rotate tyres if you won´t do alignment, the life of the tyre could bve reduced by half. I've used to take my wife car to the manufacturers suburb where we bought the car, while checking her car I noted the rotation I asked the manager as to the why I wasn;t been told about as the tyres were worn off in irregular manner and needed to replace them half way in their life. Not impressed I took the car to a different suburb and not to touch the tyres. The new ones I replaced them with 30K she's driven 70K since, and still are in very good conditions. We do lives in rural NSW - Australia.

Taking down my spare tire was so difficult for me. Even tire repair man had hard time to do that. Toyota company need to solve this problem.
