Ok so i basically waited for the full moon right, but then i prayed at the full moon and it said “you finished praying” but i was thinking in my mind why would it say that if its full moon? Do i have to wait till all 4 candles are fully lit?

Are you extremely sure you have all the requirements? Remember you need a full moon. I have seen people ask that their puzzle doesn't start but they later get to know they needed a full moon.

My friend didn't take quest and never talk to ghost but he can enter to the ghost room and now he can't take quest even

Umm... In That case I have no idea what to do. Maybe it was a glitch in the game or he just glitched through the wall where the ghost. Try asking for help by admins, because I'm really sorry I don't have any clue on what has happened or how to fix it.

Ok, I prayed and nothing happened, all it's saying is "you finished praying" and people are saying it's either you don't have the requirements or you have already started it, and if I already started it then I can't do it because the pond is not made of blood, so I am stumped, idk what to do.

Umm... You can try rejoining, rebooting or any other stuff... Or you can try leveling up a bit if it something say u r not enough level to do dis thing even when u r. Best thing because the game sometimes glitches just try killing then on the pond even when it's not the colour. You can also try praying on a full moon server more than once. If none of that worked try checking the machine.
