This quest bugs on the sm cath npc now frequently enough for people to warn you about it. no fix for it as of today however the dialog can be bugged on "A Brother In Need" If another paly does the dialog then heals the npc to full before you make it to the npc. You will be forced to abandon the quest and pick it back up in Stormwind, to then go back to sm and rerun the dungeon. Advice, do not fill with other palies on this rune quest. PS good luck filling in later phases with no one touching "old content"

i suggest you go running from westfall it is closer if you are lv 40 and have a mount then you can half the time you need because you can ride a horse a lot of time next to sea..=) needed only 7minuts=)

Wow, this was such a fun and exciting discovery filled mission, like discovering that the letter from the infrequent summonr mobs was apparently a ludicrously low drop rate (had to kill 20 summoners for mine, saw a summoner maybe every 3 minutes if I was lucky and a hunter/warlock hadn't killed it) which then led us on a run across the entirety of places we've already discovered before telling us to swim for half an hour to find a piece of paper, just to get a rune that scales decently with one ret paladin ability. So much fun discovering, like discovering that blizzard is almost definitely already running low on ideas for how to keep their runes interesting judging by the fact they thought we'd want 20 minutes of swimming gameplay after the shitshow that was Vashjir.

Just to add something that might make it quicker, jump on the boat the Theramore and jump off before it transitions saves maybe 20% of the swimming?

Azure Silk Belt will increase your swim speed by 15%, search under the cloth tab in the AH. usually around 50s. Happy trails, light be with you.

You have to do Divine Storm quest rune before, otherwise you can't loot it

If people know how to get under Stormwind bug from trade district hallway to mage quarter. They can mount there in 3 min :) For them who know np, for others i'd suggest you just search for how to get under SW

I just want to add: People got banned for being under SW in the past. I dont say its not a viable way. I doubt it will happen with lacking game masters. But it's something to keep in the back of your head. I just dont want people to say: I read this under a video, now im banned andi dont know why :).

This quest line broke for me at “Lost Brother”. It’s been a week and a half almost two and it’s still broke. Put in tickets and bug reports still waiting for them to resolve. Not like I don’t need this or are playing a free game!!!

@@JohnnyGambler yeah me to. I got a message back yesterday to go talk to this guy who doesn’t even exist. I looked him up up I couldn’t even find anything about him from all the sights. Hope they get it done. It’s an important rune.

Instead of hearthstoning out once you've killed the mob, die to fatigue and you'll end up in westfall. Take sickness and fly to SW, so much quicker and you don't waste your hearthstone CD!

This first quest bug? Really not see a broken hammer:(

Like I said in the video. I suggest Level 38 to be sure. The elite Spawn is not that hard, but you really dont want to swim again.

Because they've already run out of ideas to make runes interesting and it shows. Level 25 paladins get to group up with their friends and assault the menacing Tower of Althalax before undergoing a long chain that requires them to slay demons ato get an awesome AoE Divine Storm? Cool. Level 40 paladins find a quest in one of the more forgotten alliance zones and then get to walk by themselves for 2 hours and then do the dungeon they've probably already done 20 times to finish it up just so they can get some added spellpower for their judgements and exorcisms? Legitimately, the sleeping bag quest felt more entertaining than a lot of the phase 2 paladin runes, and at least the rested xp food felt like it did something for your gameplay for a little while.

What a poorly designed quest man... Swimming for 15 minutes along a coast? Really Blizzard?
