Great sir! I think such fears are also connected with fears of being hurt i.e fear of future(imagination) ,if anybody supposes he is going to die after this conversation ,he will not be afraid of others because he knows he is not going to hurt.( That hurt is on emotional level which u can call as ego)( or it is fear coming from certain expectations ).
